Services
Wellingborough Mind is open five days a week and to be able to access our services you will require a referral form from either a medical professional i.e GP or Keyworker or, if you are not currently accessing mental health services you are able to contact us directly to come in for a meeting and fill in a self referal form.
This enables us to discuss our services with you and to see which ways that we are able to help you. We offer a variety of different group activities and sessions to meet the needs of our service users.
