Online Virtual Support

Due to the recent government guidance on COVID-19 we have redesigned our services to enable you access support either online or via telephone.

We will be updating our website with online resources to help you look after your mental health and stay socially connected to each other during this time. Links and information will be updated on a regular basis, if you have any feedback or suggestions on content we’d love to hear from you.

Workplace Well-being – New updates from Mind

This includes workplace mental health tips and also ‘Wellness Recovery Action Plans’ to help you plan out how you can improve your well-being while at work. For more information please click the link below:

Telephone or Online Support (Advice, Information and Guidance)

We are now able to offer Zoom or telephone support for current clients and also members of the public who are looking to find out about the services we offer. Our information and guidance sessions can also be used to offer advice and information around mental health issues or for active listening support. Sessions are available on Wednesday afternoons from 1pm – 4pm, each session will last approximately 20 minutes.

NHS – SilverCloud offers secure, immediate access to online supported CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) programmes, tailored to your specific needs. Programmes available include, ways to manage stress and depression, practicing mindfulness and improving your sleep. Please click the image to find out more.



Mind Guides to staying active at home and outdoors. This page contains activities such as a ‘couch to 5k’, gym free workouts and links to free yoga videos via Youtube. There are also activities to help you get fit as a family.


Arthritis Action Arthritis Action have listed some handy exercises for those who have limited mobility, arthritis or other musculoskeletal conditions to help with their physical well-being.
